Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. • Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or an adverse reaction occurs and consult a healthcare professional.

8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the State of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

1 Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, product photography, logos, designs, and the name "Vyakt," is the exclusive property of Vyakt or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws (Copyright Act, 1957; Trade Marks Act, 1999).

2 Trademarks

"Vyakt" and the Vyakt logo are trademarks. You may NOT use our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service not offered by Vyakt or in any way that causes confusion or harms our reputation.

3 Limited License to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view and browse website content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does NOT permit copying, reproducing, or distributing our content for commercial purposes.

4 User-Generated Content (UGC)

When you submit content (reviews, testimonials, photos), you grant Vyakt a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes (with credit to you, where appropriate). You retain ownership of your content.

5 Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our Site without authorization, please submit a detailed DMCA Takedown Notice to the Grievance Officer (hello@vyakt.co.in) for investigation and resolution within 7-10 business days.
