Shipping and Delivery Policy

1  Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of order confirmation. During peak seasons (sales, festivals), processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.

2 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Timeline (Post-Dispatch): Metro Cities: 2-7 business days.
    Rest of India: 5-8 business days.
    Remote/Rural Areas: 7-12 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for domestic prepaid orders are generally included in the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or offered free above a minimum order value.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible pin codes with a non-refundable convenience fee of ₹49

3 International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

4 Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Attempts: Courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • Return-to-Origin (RTO): If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect/incomplete address, or refusal to pay COD charges, the package will be returned to us (RTO).
  • Re-shipping: RTO orders will be cancelled. If you wish to re-order, a non-refundable re-shipping fee will apply, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. To avoid issues, please provide a complete and accurate address with a working phone number.

5 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Delays: Vyakt is not liable for delays caused by external factors (courier issues, weather, strikes, etc.) or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier company, we will either reship the order at no additional cost or process a full refund. Please contact us at hello@vyakt.co.in within 24 hours of the expected delivery date if tracking is stalled or the package is marked "delivered" but not received.
  • Damaged Packages in Transit: For products damaged in transit, the resolution process is strictly defined in Section 3.3 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product). 
  • A mandatory, unedited unboxing video is required to verify that damage occurred during shipping for any claim to be eligible for replacement.

6 Address Changes

  • Before Dispatch: Address changes can be accommodated if requested immediately and the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact hello@vyakt.co.in.
  • After Dispatch: Once shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change. You may contact the courier directly using your tracking number, but this is subject to the courier's internal policy.

Batch number, manufacturing date, shelf life, and MRP are printed as per Indian labelling laws.
