Refund and Cancellation Policy
1 Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer. Our fulfillment team processes orders immediately to ensure quick dispatch. We urge you to review your cart, shipping details, and contact information carefully before confirming your purchase.
All cancellations are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
2 Returns & Exchanges (No Returns/Exchanges for Change of Mind)
Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, and in compliance with strict hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Dislike of shade, color, fragrance, texture, or formulation.

Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions (Customers are responsible for checking the ingredient list and performing a patch test).

Products that have been opened, used, tested, or partially consumed.

Sale, clearance, or discounted items, gift sets, promotional bundles, and gift cards.
3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product (Replacement Only)
We will offer a replacement only if your product arrives significantly damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 24 hours of documented delivery via email to hello@vyakt.co.in.

Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video): To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened. The video must clearly show the condition of the outer packaging and the product upon arrival to verify that damage occurred during transit. Claims without this mandatory proof will be denied.
Resolution:

Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.

If approved, we will dispatch a replacement of the exact same product within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability.

We cannot accommodate requests to change the shade or product type during this exchange process.
4 Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases where:

A replacement for an approved damaged/defective item is unavailable (out of stock).

An incorrect product was shipped, and the correct item is unavailable.

A duplicate payment was charged in error.
Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges, COD convenience fees (₹49), gift wrapping/packaging fees, and transaction fees are strictly non-refundable. For orders with "Free Shipping," the actual shipping cost incurred by Vyakt (typically ₹40-₹80) will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
Refund Process:

Prepaid Orders: Refund initiated to the original source within 7-10 business days of approval.
COD Orders: You will be asked to provide bank account or UPI details, and the refund will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS/UPI within 7-10 business days of approval.
